Philadelphia Phoenix Announce 2012 Try-Outs
Sam Jenkins and 2012 Coaching Staff Prepare for 2012 Season

PHILADELPHIA, PA - February 13, 2012
William D. Fuller, Philadelphia Phoenix President and CEO, announced the date of tryouts for the 2012 Philadelphia Phoenix Team today.
We are very excited about what the upcoming season can be. Head Coach Sam Jenkins has assembled a very talented and distinguished coaching staff for 2012. Last year, we went through the natural process of learning as we grew. The overriding positive aspect of  last season is the development of our coaching staff and the growth of our players. We had the lead in 4 of our 6 losses, and with a year experience in Coach Jenkins system, we anticipate being much better at finishing.
The Philadelphia Phoenix one of the founding teams of the new Elite Football Association, will be holding their tryouts at the team practice field at Ditmar and Margaret streets in Philadelphia on March 10th 2012 from 1pm – 5pm. The fee for the tryout is $45.00 for non-roster players and $25.00 for those who were on the final 50 man roster and played for the Phoenix in their final 6 games of 2011. Tryout fees paid will be applied against team dues if you make the team.  Players who sell 5 season tickets will be refunded their entire 2012 dues payment.
